I hope the lead holds. I guess we can count on a demand for a ‘recount’. If you recall, the last time the Dems lost an election in the North Pacific coast, they demand a recount and then ‘found’ the necessary votes in warehouse or two until they could claim victory.
That was in the general election, though. This is the primary.
BTW, Dino Rossi is giving Taliban Patty Murray a real run for her money!
These are two Republicans in a primary. They are not so slick at the recount game, even against each other. If Murkowski concedes Perhaps we should all send her flowers.
In Alaska, there’s an auto recount if the win is by 1% percent or less. Joe Miller’s lead is much more than that.
Like one Alaskan FReeper told me, “the GOP primary *is* the election.”
Joe Miller will win in November.
