Putting Sarah Palin in the RNC chair is like taking the best special forces operator you’ve got and chaining him to a desk job. Not an effective use of resources. Palin is a scrapper. She needs to be out there on the front lines, not hiding behind some phoney-baloney title in an increasingly-irrelevant institution. The RNC might as well be Whig Central for all the influence it had in the November election.
She's already said that she's not interested.
