I started listening to Rush in about 1991. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I seem to remember that he bragged about having a listenership of 22 million a week. That may have been a few years later, when the Republicans were about to take over Congress, and new Clinton scandals were cropping up every week, and the web had not really taken hold yet.
Maybe I'm just projecting. I used to listen to him almost every day. Now, I doubt that I listen more than 10 minutes per month.
On the first sentence, how insightful of you to be honest. On the last, therein lies your problem. If you don't know what they are saying, how can you disagree with what they are saying? Maybe you have resorted to feel good notions of your own disillusionment that feeds your own insecurities.
Unless you know the battlefield, you have no defense and any mounted on faulty notions only make you appear to be a bigger strategic fool than even you would ever figure out, or by happenstance, to ever stumble upon. Thus making you more dangerous to yourself than you are to anyone you disagree with.
“Talkers magazine” is a left wing publication which minimizes Rush Limbaugh at every opportunity.
