The only way you could make Texas blue would be to flood it with illegals, put them on the govt. dole, and them give them voting rights!

my theory has always been that Eric Holders current voter id lawsuit against TX will get to a judge about a week before the election ...they’ll throw out the law ...then the illegals and double triple voters head to the polls
That is being implemented at the present time.
