Have you seen up and coming conservatives nurtured by the party, and geriatric bumbling POSs like McConnell and Cochran quietly being told to step down for the good of the party?
No, you haven't. There is absolutely no difference between the Republican Party or the Democrat Party, and I encourage all conservatives to stay home unless there's a true conservative Republican running in their state or district.
