Insofar as their actions constitute a breach of their sworn duty to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States, i.e. abridge the rule of law and foment a lynch mob, these scofflaws need to be impeached and removed from office for cause.
And ironically it is the fourteenth amendment that can do it...
