Hey, whatever works! Buy that Nicorette gum. I know it works because my daughter’s French husband smoked 4 packs a day for 30 years and he quit using that gum.

Going to be a mean, short tempered Cajun for a while I suppose, LOL! When I quit 40 yrs ago I carried beef jerky in my pocket. I think it helped.
Had sore jaw muscles for a while but never smoked again.
