Quite frankly I think the author is delusional. Though truth be told, since the Koch brothers seem to be the only wealthy folks who actually take pro-market positions, rather than the usual “pro-business” position of angling to get the government to favor their enterprise against competitors and backstopping it against losses with tax-payer money, a party centered around their ideas might make a good opposition party to the Democrats, since the GOP seems increasingly useless in that role.
