We’ll see. This stated position is still fairly new. His position has changed, he said so himself. What they are worried about here is it makes it look like a flip flop flip. That he does not mean it when he says he will follow the rule of law if elected, enforcement means deportation for those who don’t leave voluntarily.

Yes, what is amnesty? This doesn’t have to be a definition of “is” question. Amnesty, in my opinion, is any step short of deporting an illegal alien. Anything that legitimizes or allows their illegal presence in our country is amnesty. It is rewarding the lawlessness.
