I agree. I heard him in NH two weeks ago. I do have a concern about his replacement of Obamacare---not that it isn't feasible, but the "medical savings accounts" relies on two things that just won't fly with the public: 1) saving (they don't save much already) and b) adjustment to taxes (already too many Americans don't pay taxes).

I don't think this is a winning argument. I told him so. He listened. I think it is viable as policy down the line, but in the short term, voters aren't going to resonate with more savings and benefits from taxes (which they don't pay).
