The only other candidate in either party who is even close to Ted Cruz in fundraising is Jeb Bush, son and brother of two former US presidents, whereas Cruz was relatively unknown 4 years ago at this time. Hardly anyone has as many staffers, volunteers, endorsements, organizers and fundraisers/bundlers as Cruz and in as many states. States like Iowa, New Hampshire, the Carolinas, Texas, Michigan, New York, Florida, Nevada and Missouri.
