Huckabee’s job to erode the Tea Party and the rest of the Right

Mike Huckabee is not a serious Presidential contender, but he is bait for some of the Religious Right, and some “compassionate conservatives” who just can’t stomach hardball politics. Recently, Huckabee attacked Senator Ted Cruz comparing his zeal to that of General Custer at the Little Big Horn.

Governor Huckabee said that Cruz was rash and inexperienced, and did not have a long term strategy like other Republican leaders. What a joke! I agree that Bush – Romney – Boehner – McConnell have a long term strategy. But that strategy includes amnesty for illegals and only minor tinkering with Obama Care. The RINO Republicans don’t see an American future in the 21st Century, they see a global future, where America surrenders it’s sovereignty to a One World Order. This is no secret… it is the centerpiece of the Bush “New World Order.” Jeb Bush supports Common Core, the United Nations’ based education plan for America.

You have to decide if America is in crisis. If it is, if it is burning like a house on fire, than half steps and compromise ARE NOT the way to extinguish the fire.

Let’s review so we know where we are;

a. 18 trillion in debt.

b. a stalemated economy that has watched American industry and blue collar jobs exodus like the Jews from Egypt.

c. an Open Border that has flooded America with twenty million poor, uneducated, unhealthy illegal immigrants driving down the cost of manual labor, and thus all labor wages.

d. the consolidation of power in Washington, and the subordination of states to the role of a large county government. And the explosion of Judicial power that robs the people of their right to govern themselves.

e. an ill defined U. S. foreign policy that sure isn’t concerned with Israel’s security and is allowing Iran to inch closer to nuclear weapons. It will take decades to repair what has been done concerning the Middle East by this pro Arab, pro – Muslim administration.

f. a government financial policy that counts on inflation to reduce the weight of it’s long term indebtedness. This policy has driven down interest rates so that the average American loses money by keeping it in a savings account, and safer investments like Certificates of Deposit, CDs. And retirement accounts are being silently raped of value.

g. the loss of our moral center, and with that the complete destruction of American values and traditions based on the Christianity that created this nation in the first place.

Folks, if you agree with the observations of above, then I ask you, is compromise and hedge betting the strategy you think will reverse our course?

Leaders like Sarah Palin and Ted Cruz see that we are the Titanic headed towards the ice berg. We have to change course, and to do that for this large ship of state requires a large amount of force applied at the rudder to change course. Across the entire spectrum of American policy there needs to huge change. We are not in a condition where tinkering will resolve the challenges. Palin and Cruz know that either we make the change or God will…and Sodom and Gomorrah probably didn’t like the Divine application of correction. Will America correct its own course, or steer defiantly into oblivion?

That’s the situation we face today, and why Governor Huckabee is just one more obstacle to getting the right people in office.

I was open and asked for any addition data.

These are early days but it will boil down to Huckabee going the distance while some will futilely boil up about it.

The attitude of some people in regards to Huckabee freely running for President as if he has no legitimate right to do so is both dark and appalling. Disgraceful, especially on Memorial Day.

All of the polls I’m seeing are disappointments in my book. Their questions are inane, their methodology elementary, their weightings non-existent, and their applicability to a state-by-state national election laughable. That holds for everyone....

They are little more than push polls.

It's way too early to trust polls, they won't have much meaning until just before Iowa and New Hampshire.

Ben Carson won some kind of poll today, the Huckster was barely noticed.

The Huckster's NOT a serious candidate, clearly in it to try to sap votes from other conservatives, make some money in the process and hopefully he will be shown the door very soon.

There are many who don't realize that what you are saying is a standard procedure to keep one's resume in circulation. I don't think Santorum, Perry, or Huckabee really expect to be the nominee.

I don't think any big donors really expect them to win.

That makes asking the motives of each group a fair question.

it’s called name recognition. You know nothing about this country anymore. Nothing. Bye.

Don’t ever make the mistake that you can be taken seriously.

that’s what it was Adolph.....a generic approval poll. It absolutely is just name recognition at this point. And there’s no indication a single one of them would vote for the huckster....

You will not be taken seriously in conservative circles if you support Huckabee. You’ll be a laughing stock on Free Republic among other places. Huck is going no where. Period. His candidacy will never be viable. He will get trashed on talk radio and the conservative internet.

If it is name recognition then people like Brittney Spears would be president, sweet petunias.

Are you in charge of all of that Adolf?

You are a Thug.

I see you’re also logically stunted, among other things. No, I’m not in charge of how all Huckabee supporters will be laughed at on FR and other places, but I am aware that it will in fact be the case.

Look around - there’s a few threads on FR right now where the shyster offering plate passing liberal is being taken to the woodshed on FR. RIGHT now.

It’s gonna happen. He’s not going to be a serious candidate. Even the year he won the Iowa Caucus, he wasn’t a serious candidate beyond that. And this year the field is MUCH MUCH stronger.

Your thug and your “deal with freedom” comments are so astonishingly stupid and irrelevant as to be beneath response. Thug? Freedom? WTF are you talking about?

You were trying to raise a mob against me.

Like a Thug, you are now willing to give any cheap answer.

Lost interest in what you think when you badly contradicted yourself by first posting that the poll showing Huckabee as most favorable was bogus, then posting that Huckabee has favorability because of name recognition.

Have to say, don’t even care what you believe in the next two minutes. I never tried to raise a mob against someone, but then again I am a True Red Blooded American Conservative and you are a Thug.

you really struggle with logic don’t you. For your information, the REASON the poll was BOGUS was that A: it was based on just name recognition and DID NOT EVEN ASK A QUESTION about Presidential intentions - and B, it is a Democrat hack poling firm.

Those are not mutually exclusive. I’m sure this is all over your head, but maybe your husband can explain it to you.
