Santorum was run out of his Senate seat by more than 17 points, he is nothing like Cruz in his politics, and is no conservative.
Santorum was almost like a member of “advancing the Arlen Specter team”, since he advanced Specter during his entire political life, until Specter finally left the party, and then died.
