Personally, I like my gravy so thick that you can turn your biscuit upside down and it doesn't run back on the plate. For you guys to say that H1B abuse 'doesn't happen at all', seems a little runny to me given that virtually dozens of sources, all over the spectrum, are reporting on these abuses.

Even if SCE's IT shop abused the process, it does not mean that everyone, or even a sizable minority of the IT Industry is doing what you are accusing it of.
