i visited my nephew and niece yesterday. my niece told me about a black girl she works with that thought slavery existed in the 1930s in America.
she has white co workers that believe in white privilege and attack her for calling the Baltimore situation for what it is.
I’m proud of her for not backing down.

It is the Gerrymandered districts set up to provide safe Black districts that permit this to happen.
If Black candidates actually had to compete for their seats you would not have these idiots in congress.
These Black districts are also why you do not frequently have a Black Senate candidate. Black congressman never gain statewide respect because Black congressmen never rise to prominence in the House.
They don’t rise to prominence in the House for two reason. First because they are all idiots. And second because the Democrat leadership permits them to have their own power structure of the CBC. If a Black caucus member wants to submit a bill they have to go through the CBC first.

Mail fraud could be an issue---soliciting money by mail for one purpose then using it for another purpose is considered mail fraud.

The nefarious parasitic La Raza aided and abetted risky federal and private-home loans to latinos over the last decade thanks to the lending industry’s version of “don’t ask, don’t tell.” Even more egregious, the America-hating race-based parasite was given tax dollars and Congressionsl earmarks to finance its phone mortgage activities.
Stupid La Raza's "strategic partnerships” with Wachovia and Bank of America forced on banks the fraudulent mortgage-application requirements and documentation standards which resulted in billion dollar bailouts.
These ignorant subprime activities were not simply the mortgage market at work. They were fueled by avarice, greed, stupidity--all enabled by Hispanic Congressmen and other groups which leave a trail at the door of then-Cong Joe Baca (Dem-Cali).
Between 2000 and 2009, Hispanic populations increased; but Hispanic home ownership grew even faster, increasing by 47%, to 6.1 million from 4.1 million, according to the US Census Bureau. Over that same period, homeownership nationally grew by an enemic 8%. In 2005 alone, mortgages to Hispanics jumped by 29%; Latinos with multiple fraudulent identities in low-paying jobs obtained costly non-prime mortgages---soaring to a shocking 169%, (Research provided by Wall Street Journal)
In addition to millions of federal tax dollars, La Raza also collected a $1 million Democratic earmark that funded “community-development” projects for stupid border jumpers. La Raza was supposedly engaged in "mortgage counseling"
