Come down here to South Texas and go to the grocery store or walmart and you can see for yourself these “wild animal” children in action.
They are absolutely feral and have NO social graces or manners nor do their parent (or parents if the father is known).
I can think of one group that’s even worse, but I can’t say it, even though you & I know what it is.
There might be some homegrown wild folks, as well.
