By “rock bottom” I hope you don’t mean Nixon. He tried to cover up a bungled third-rate B&E by Curley, Larry and Moe and which Nixon did not initiate.
Hillary is covering up the deaths of Americans, caused directly by her. I call that “rock bottom”.
