Trump was good, Dr. Carson was ok, Ted Cruz was AWESOME, the others were terrible.
I really like Ted Cruz, but I don’t see how anyone could say he, or anyone, was awesome. The whole debate was mediocre. Cruz’s opening was flat, and he was largely crowded out of the debate. When he had a chance, he was very good, as usual, but nothing memorable.
Carson is a really great guy, but he also seems like he’s on valium. Trump and Cruz were both good, and I think Huckabee was better than expected for the second time.
Rubio is extolled as some kind of foreign policy expert, but he really couldn’t explain how overthrowing Assad would do anything but help ISIS. His answer that we could of found moderates two years ago shows he doesn’t really think about anything. Trump, Cruz and Paul all ate his lunch on that.
