Big name donors fuel McAuliffe's bid for Virginia governor
CNN ^ | April 2009 | Peter Hamby

Donald Trump is just one of many big name donors funding Terry McAuliffe's campaign to win the Virginia governor's mansion this fall, according to newly released financial disclosure reports - and he isn't even among the most generous givers.

The New York real estate magnate cut McAuliffe a check for a whopping $25,000 in late March, but that's just a drop in the bucket compared to the largest single donation in McAuliffe's report - a $251,000 gift from billionaire media tycoon Haim Saban in January. That check narrowly bested a $250,000 contribution the following month from Steve Bing, another big fish in the entertainment industry.

That’s because Cruz has the charisma and authenticity of a Televangelist, unlike Trump. Don’t be jealous!

jealous, of a big govt lib whose money helped Dem politicians...not

You might have Trump confused with TPA/TPP Cruz, who thinks it's a good idea to give Obama negotiating power (with no way to amend) a gigantic trade bill that can now pass with a simple up-down vote.

When it comes down to the results, "big govt. lib" isn't all that different from a "free trade" Republican.

What legislation, appointments, or regulations can we thank him for?

...

Probably none of the above.

Do your research on Trump. He supported obama’s stimulus & tarp.

http://therightscoop.com/trump-on-tarp-and-stimulus-sounds-more-like-a-crony-capitalist-than-a-conservative/

So go ahead and attack Cruz. He’s never done the liberal things Trump has done. That makes your attacks look pitiful.

You’re the very kind of weasel jerk supporter that turns people off about Trump.

Article is 6 years old when trump was a businessman who gave to everyone.

Oh, so he's a pay-to-play crony capitalist then. Well that makes everything OK then...

Says the lying dog happy to spread around filth about Trump, having made up his puerile little mind some time ago to embrace a huckster.

If THIS is not enough to swear off Trump... sorry, but I just can’t help you.

Try - this article is about something that happened almost 7 years ago and Cuccinelli ain't no prize. Please make the effort to clarify ...

We have to deal with reality and the rules as they are written.
Or you can support the same old thing.

Disclaimer- I have given money to the Cruz campaign at least 5 times since he started running.

Cruz is my first choice, but I can see the writing on the wall. There is no reason to savage a guy who has played by the rules his whole life.

If Trump wins the nomination, are you going to stay home?

“Cult of personality. I keep hoping the Trump supporters will come to their sense here at FR, thank Donald for putting illegals and jihadists center stage and move back to the principled conservative Cruz.”

Me too.
Trump invited Hillary to his wedding (or his daughter’s wedding.) Ewww!

He actually said in an early debate that he buys influence by donating to campaigns (rather than supporting people of integrity and ability).

He naively stuck up for Putin’s innocence of murder.

He keeps offering to solve problems by personally solving them, like a despot, instead of making our three-part government work to solve it. just like Obama!

He calls people names like a middle-schooler. NOT a dignified head of state.

I would vote for him over Hillary, but I REALLY hope almost anybody in the Republican field will relieve me of that horrible choice. (No Jeb).

Get a room with your hero, Trump. Hearing the truth about him must be difficult, I know.

Then it’s CatherineofArrogant by all means.
