Of course, she does. Hillary believes that she is above the law...and that Obama will protect her. The party -- an the ountry -- owe it to her.
Otherwise, why would she have so blatently gone around the existing secure system(s)? Evidently, there was no effective attempt to even obscure her guilt. She didn't feel it necessary to employ a computer specialist who could've devised an effective cover-up.
It's what you get when you surround yourself with "yes-men" (and yes-women).
