He is..the cartel is in Washington DC led by politicans like Barack Obama that want to knee cap an entire industry that employs millions of Americans and provides the retirement incomes for millions more..Al Gore actually demanded an end to fossil fuels in like 15 years which would destroy our economy and plunge us back 150 years.
