This has nothing at all to do with the "birther" stuff, it has to do with the CONSTITUTION and what our government states in study guides for those LEGAL immigrants who are prepping to take the Naturalization test, to become a LEGAL citizen!
Several years back, before Cruz was running in the primaries, he was being interviewed on what an NBC is. At that time, he clearly stated that BOTH parents had to be American Citizens at the time of the child's birth. That is true. Once he threw his hat into the ring, that changed and now he claims otherwise. He is a bold faced LIAR!
And you misquote Trump; re the mandate thing and he is dead set against ObamaCare !
Okay, try to refute what I posted about how Trump is the ONLY one who can beat the Dem nominee. Since Trump, as the nominee, WILL take many BLUE and PURPLE states, which Blue and Purple stated can Cruz, or Rubio take in the general?
Give it your best shot, but you better be able to explain WHY either could beat the Dem!

I'm convinced that Trump will win zero blue and purple states, but even if you were to convince me that he would win the election, I could not support him; I think he would be a disastrous president. Rubio can take every state Bush won in 2004 against Hillary or Sanders and likely add a few; Clinton and Sanders are both uniquely weak candidates.
It takes me all of 8 minutes to answer and now I'm "scared"? Whatever keeps your faith in your leader strong, I guess.

I think Rubio could win all the states Bush won in 2004, plus possibly Minnesota, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and New Hampshire. As for the reason - did you not read my post? The Democrats are going to nominate a uniquely weak candidate; I think most of our candidates could win the general election because of that weakness.
