You’re right.
Trump refused to trash someone based on a media report. After him being mis-characterized countless times this year, he wasn’t going to take the word of the press. Quite understandable IMO.
When he had asked about Duke, he made the right call. He did exactly what he should have.
It’s a shame to watch folks try to game this as if Trump was some kind of a KKK enabler.
Duke has had very little press over the last 15 years or so. Once in while his head pops up, but generally he has been far under the radar.
Trump doesn’t spend his day reading forums. He’s got other things to do.
At any rate. Nothing about nothing for the tens of thousands of times this last eight months.
Co-0rdinated plan. A couple days ago there was a magazine cover with Trump’s pic superimposed in front of two hooded klansmen. And two hooded”klansmen” outside one of Trump’s rallies. One of the hooded guys was holding a sign, and his hand was Black! Co-ordinated attack!
The audio tapes of LBJ are all on youtube. In one of which, he is discussing the Great Society/War on Poverty— openly stating “we’ll have the n.....s voting democrat for the next 30 years”.... Believe he was speaking to his party whip in Congress.
LBJ loved only their bought vote, as did JFK and virtually every dem from FDR to now. Hitlery is the living embodiment of that same machine— particularly evident in the SC primary which she “won” largely on the the overwhelming purchase of the black vote. The stats in every other demographic show her losing bigtime and nationally so.

Everyone on this forum knows how the media lie.
But when Trump says he wants to do something about it certain members attack him over it.
The media will lie about their guy too. They’ve said nasty things about his kids.
How quickly we forget.
The media and the rest of the dem operatives will unleash the dogs of war on our nominee no matter who it is.
Probably already does.
And saving it all up for the right time.

I sometimes disagree with your postings, but in this case I find myself generally agreeing with your posting.
If Hillary is indicted by a Federal grand jury this may all change.
All I saw Sunday was Jake Tapper asking Trump at least three times about the David Duke endorsement.
Trump kept doing the hummana, hummana, thing and saying he didn’t know anything about Duke or any organizations with which he was associated.
Later news reports showed video of several years ago when Trump specifically talked about Duke and the KKK. There are also some FR threads that address this fact.
Difficult to believe a lot of the bluster from Trump.

The next time some "journalist" throws the KKK question at Trump, I'd love it if he said that he had nothing against Catholics, just for the sheer pleasure of seeing the hit-in-the-forehead-with-a-mallet expression on the "journalists'" faces.

And why didn't Rush point this out (he has trashed Byrd before).
Never heard you complain once about Robert Byrd in the Senate; nor Al Gore's father voting against civil rights; or Bill Clinton saying to Ted Kennedy (of Obama) "a few years ago this boy would have been getting our coffee."
Nor have I heard you disavow LBJ's "I'll have those n******** voting for us for the next hundred years."
IF they think the race card will stop Trump, they're wrong...people see it for the desperation it is.
