Politics is such a dirty game. I’m wondering who gave Rubio the advice to get in the gutter with his campaign rhetoric. The main thing he had going for him is that he seemed to have some dignity and class. Now he’s a foul-mouthed brat, and that makes all of the rumors about him more believable.

I disagree with the article. I think that Rubio, Cruz, Trump, and Kasich already see this as a two man race. Rubio and Kasich are thinking of pushing this into a brokered convention. There is no doubt that Rubio is going to lose FL. My question would be why would Cruz waste resources on a state where if the polling stands he only gets second, and none of the delegates. I think there is something that the campaigns may know that the public doesn’t yet and Florida could be in play. Just my humble opinion though.

Something is up, as you say, as Florida is winner-take-all. Maybe internal polls show Cruz way up there.

I’d appreciate a Cruz/Trump showdown and let the best man win.

Internals don’t show Cruz way up in Florida that’s ridiculous. What they show is all the endless TV ads worth millions have had some effect and Trumps lead is single digits in Florida. This has been reported by Roger Stone and others.

This podium is not big enough for the four of us. I know, how about if you jumped ship, making more leg room for me?

the more Cruz is around, the more he smells like recycled Bush. He’s asking for Lindsey Graham’s endorsement, he’s taken in Jeb’s finance team, and is supported by a former Bush operative running millions of dollars of ads against Trump. Cruz is toeing the neo-con(artist) line of endless wars in the Middle East. Yes, he smells more and more like warmed over Bush all the time.

You couldn’t be more wrong if you were trying. He has never asked for the Lindsey Graham endorsement and is nowhere near the neocon that Rubio or Trump is. You need to do a lot more research bud.

Well I am seeing momentum swing after momentum swing for Cruz. Like Kansas, Trump was leading by twelve, then it dropped to six before the election, and Cruz won by twenty-five. Trump polling upper forties almost fifty in Louisiana, with a fifteen point average lead and wins by only three points, and under performs his polling numbers by almost ten points. This swing is Yuuge as they say.

This is game playing. It’s about these guys and the delegates they hold. It’s like an auction.

Well we shall see. On the surface it looked suicidal for Cruz to me, since the one characteristic of Trump supporters is that they locked-in early and do not waver. Obviously things can change, but there were four polls last week showing Trump with a commanding lead with 44% of the vote vs. 10-12% for Cruz. So it seems unlikely that he can peel many away from Trump and even if he does take votes away from Little Marco, it won’t be enough to win the winner-take-all.

It is a major committment of resources and the most valuable one of all - the candidate’s time, in an effort that seems unlikely to succeed.

Trump doesn’t stand a chance due to his skin pigment. It’ll be a fight between the two non-NBCs. The two Cubans. If Rubio is so hated, then it’s Cruz.

Possibly. The polls recently haven’t exactly been dead nuts on.

Show me where Cruz has ever claimed to be the Latino candidate.
