I don’t care why someone does the right thing, only THAT they do the right thing. Let G-d worry about the “why” part...we have enough trouble trying to simply survive and hopefully prosper, without trying to psychoanalyze everyone.

Agreed. We need to bring as many to our side as possible regardless of where they were in the past or why. We need every dollar and vote to win. Wish more here at FR felt that way.
