You raise an interesting point. We all know Zero knew. Hence, Zero is an accomplice. The Feebs have a dilemma. If what they do implicates Zero can they indict a sitting pResident? The Consititution provides one recourse for dealing with a criminal pResident. The gutless GOP have repeatedly refused to proceed. If the Congress won’t do it’s duty in the first place why does it become their job? Hence it follows that indicting Hillary will place them in this Constitutional quandary. So, no indictment, no problem.
