President is another. NBC is the hooker for Cruz in the Presidential qualifications.

The first nine presidents of the USA were born before the USA became a nation of its own.

We know Ted Cruz's father was a Canadian citizen when Ted was born and there is good reason to think Ted's mom was too. Technically without a Consular Report of Birth Abroad (CRBA), and none has been presented, Ted Cruz is not even a citizen of these United States. He is a illegal immigrant.
