Democratic National Committee interim chair Donna Brazile said Sunday that Hillary Clinton inspired her after her widely seen fainting spell last week, because even though she had to be lifted into that van, she got up and kept fighting.
Clinton left a 9/11 memorial event in New York early last Sunday, complaining of feeling overheated, and was videoed nearly collapsing as she was helped into her van. Her campaign later revealed she was diagnosed pneumonia two days earlier, leading to criticism of not disclosing the illness earlier.
MSNBC host Joy Reid, who worked for Barack Obamas 2008 campaign, asked if Clinton could make a new first impression on skeptical voters at the first debate with Donald Trump on Sept. 26. Clinton is historically unfavorable among Democratic candidates, and a majority of the country consistently says it does not trust her.
You know, Ive known her for 33 years, and I heard her last night, Brazile said. Every time I hear Hillary Clinton, Im always inspired by her. Im inspired by her example, because shes someone who will lead us. Im inspired by her fortitude and her resilience, because no matter how tired she was, how hurtingI mean, she was hurting, and she went out there last Sunday, Joy, because she loved her constituents, and she wanted to stand up for them.
And although she had to be lifted into that van, you know what? She got up, like most of us, she got up and she kept fighting, so thats the Hillary Clinton that I hope people get to know.
Great job!!!
Yep.
It looks like stress is one factor that can cause a seizure.
Stress is caused by the unexpected.
So Trump’s meta-strategy in the first debate would be to surprise Hillary in some way. It does not need to be flagrant, just something Hillary would notice—sort of like the Godfather scene where the strange guy from Sicily shows up and sits in the back of the Congressional hearing room (to remind Cicci it is time to forget everything).
I leave it to the Trump brain trust to get it done.
She fought like a landed fish that just got whacked in the head. She just went all twitchy.
Satan is calling her home one body part and mental ability at a time.
How about have a hot lesbian sit in the front row and do a Sharon Stone for Hill?
We have had this discussion plenty of times on other threads about women and upper body strength ( as with firemen ) but what would have happened if the only people around her were women? Would they have tossed Hill under the van?
They sure failed to “tune” her meds for her airplane flight today. She looked like a zombie.
Donna Brazile is full of crap.
Hitlery was out cold; she sure as hell was not “fighting.”
Like the NYPD witness said, “She was thrown into the van like a side of beef.”
Just had what I thought would be a sympathetic conversation with a nurse coworker about Hillary, about how she should be a patient and have a neuro consult. Said coworker just looked at me like I was nuts, asked why. Had never seen the Ground Zero collapse video. Showed it to her, “oh, it’s just pneumonia.”
Mad at myself now for “assuming” I had a sympathetic ear. Live/work near the heart of darkness of Seattle.
But I’m gonna put the Trump bumper sticker on my car, any way. I’m tired of being treated like this.
People who want and need Shrillary just can’t consider anything critical of her or any inconvenient facts. I know a couple of people like this, I can’t even have any discussion with them about anything that might not look good for Hillary. They just can’t allow anything to register which might not look good for their heroine.
How’s that different from the way she operates now?
LOL!! Good one!
This thread is cracking me up!!
We are going to have a great gathering to watch the debates. It will be in a sports bar with lots to big screen TVs. The owner is a big Trump supporter. This will be like the World Series for our crowd.
Fat black lesbians for Hillary.
Perhaps you should show her these :
She looks kid of, how can I say it, stinky in that picture.
