Morgellon’s Disease. Or related Ekbom’s Syndrome. Both get delusional parasitosis. Very curious disease. I actually had a patient with this a few years back. Seemingly normal in every other respect but absolutely insisted her skin was infested. No specialist could find anything and the less they found the worse she got. Bizarre.
