This is unbelievable news -- because if it were true, it would be reported by more than one obscure website.

If you look at the boxes, you'll notice the stenciling of "ballot boxes" is a Photoshop, and a really bad one. Just compare the alignment of the letters with the top and bottom of the boxes.

Notice that in the photo the man and the ballot boxes are inside a freight truck, not inside a building.
