Based on some of the evidence that’s coming out, not only was the Trump Campaign set up, but the Trump campaign for the most part actually didn’t even fall into most of the entrapment traps that were laid for them. They put moles (or at least had sources) inside the campaign, then sent in operatives foreign and domestic to entice them into setting up meetings and asking for intel.
So... not only did the Trump campaign NOT actively seek out russian intel on their own
But they didn’t even take the bait for it when moles and trolls were sent in to trick them into it

If the media would come on board, and give the man his due, his approval rating would be in the 80s.
Why did Trump prevail and continue to prevail considering all the odds and the opposition against him?
1. He’s very smart with smart intuition.
2. He’s always on the offensive.
3. Probably gets pretty good intel himself.
4. Fortunately for all, the competition her in the states was and is poor. He went through the GOP group of losers like crap thru a goose, outplayed and outfoxed the media, and of course beat out Hillary and company with less money.
5. The world leaders like China, Japan etc. know that he’s the real deal. He’s good for the world as much as he’s good for us.
6. Probably the most important reason, I FIRMLY BELIEVE DIVINE INTERVENTION IS AT PLAY HERE. I THINK OUR MAN HAS MORE THAN A FEW GUARDIAN ANGELS OUT THERE.
