If I were in Terri's position, I'd hope my spouse would execute my wishes and pull the plug.

Jeez, here we go again. Someone came in at half time and doesn't even know who's playing. Not making light of Terri's plight but come on, at this late day ignorance of the situation is no excuse. Bottom line is Terri left no written instructions so that's moot. Loving hubby whined in a malpractice suite that he would use any money awarded to help in her rehab even though he refused any and all treatment from day one through to today. Two weeks after being awarded the boat load settlement he suddenly remembered she'd told him, but not her family, she didn't want to be hooked up to machines and so began his campaign to end her life.

Great synopsis. There are the facts that people ignore right along with the fact that people forget she hasn't made progress not for lack of trying, but because her husband made the decision over her care and told everyone not to treat her even for colds/infections.
