I'm posting this tidbit here, since there was interest in it on another thread.
"Did you know he had her engagement and wedding rings melted down and made into a ring for himself?
See below:
His deposition in November 1993.
It's at

Michael Schiavo Deposition, Guardianship Hearing
Q. What did you do with your wife's jewelry?
A. My wife's jewelry?
Q. Yeah.
A. Um, I think I took her engagement ring and her...what do they call it...diamond wedding band and made a ring for myself.
Q. What did you do with her cats?
A. Her cats were put to sleep n the advice of my mother-in-law.

Yes, I knew he melted down her rings & killed her cats.
Re: Your link, some I had read weeks ago. Will read the depo later tonight.
I don't think all you saw on Greta tonight was the telecast we got. She's in Modesto & it was Live. It was mostly Scott Peterson & California wildfires - brave, courageous Geraldo. Only about 5 minutes was devoted to Terri & that was Bobby with Atty Anderson answering questions. He sounds & looks sincere, not nervous, & Anderson seems to be more aggressive in her answers than she was.
Michael's lies will come out, sooner rather than later.
Thanks for your help.

Do you know what happened to the Schindlers' Civil Lawsuit? April 2001 filing, an amended lawsuit was filed on May 7, 2001, charging Michael with "Intentional Conspiracy, Breach of Fiduciary Duty, Infliction of Emotional Distress." Was it thrown out?
This "Michael Schiavo Is Being Charged With Perjured Testimony and Fraud On the Court" goes all the way back to the November, 1992, medical malpractice action and Michael's testimony. Isn't the Statute of Limitations up on that?
To my knowledge, murder is the only crime not limited by elapsed time.
