Well, brother-in-law didn't say anything about that, but on the other hand, he was only evac'd for a little over 24 hours. Hopefully, that's just a rumor... but I might ask him 'bout it, next time I hear from him.

Laughlin might be a fun time tonight.
We take 247 ("Oly Womyn Springs Road") from Yucca over to Barstow on occasion - definitely not a night time drive...altho I suppose that would be a little different if all of a sudden it were jammed up like the 405 Freeway in Los Angeles!

I wonder if this isn't an operational rehearsal,...gotta be some PRC flag ranks watching and measuring response times, congestion and resource flows throughout this entire event.
What really piques my interest is the fires in Ensenada which obscured the entire harbor for several days and not a mention anywhere about it.

I still can't get onto CHP site.....I think I'd better turn in......I'm getting tired and there's no t.v. I can watch here tonight.....prayers going up for all the cities out there, the firefighters, the families who still have hope and for those who've lost everything, especially those who've lost loved ones.
