I've been taking a Claritin each night b/4 bed to try NOT to get that.

Had one for three days now. However, I'm now sitting happily in my backyard, enjoying the first day of air with no smoke smell in it. (Still has smoke in it, but no smoke smell...)

A breathfreshner mint one of those really strong ones, green horseradish paste or pull on the cartiledge that conects your two nostrils pull down.
