I think they are planning for the wind shift..that is why the evac is called, esp. with the population in that area. Just little ol' 38 to get out on. You can also go down hwy 18, the back side to Lucerne Valley. There are also several NF roads leading out the back side like Coxey Meadows to Coyote flat

yeah..that is true...my thought was just for the forest falls, mountain home village folks and those in that area
