He's got something to hide, thus the attempt (hopefully to be thwarted) at a 'fast-track' cremation w/her ashes spread at PA Schiavo place.

FWIW, cremation is allowed by the Catholic Church, but spreading the ashes is forbidden. They must remain together. I hope Michael really isn't planning to do that in the event he pulls the rest of this off. It would be the final horrid blow to Terri's family.

Posted on another thread here - lost track which one, someone posted the Florida statute that forbids cremation until 48 hours after death.
