I don't know but if the same injuries had occurred to a child, DCF would be all over the parents in a heartbeat. I've heard of folks taking kids to ER for injuries and not being allowed to leave with their kids because the Docs called the Social Workers in.

It seems from what I've read that the fact that Terri is being denied therapy is a violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Do you mean Adult Protective Services is in trouble or the Schindlers?

Adult Protective Services in that they refused to do anything because it was court order.
