Where in Hell are the scribbling classes coming up with this, "450-years-old Anglican Church," rubbish?

The Holy Catholic and Apostolic [Anglican] Church of England traces its Theology and its History back 2000 years to the Christ -- and to His disciples.

Except for one thing - the Anglicans have forgotten the teachings of the apostles (ordained by God).

Did God ordain homosexuality?

It probably stems from 1536, the beginning of the Anglican Church as a national church independent of the Pope because he refused to let Henry VIII divorce Cathrine of Aragon. (Henry stupidly thought she was to blame for not giving him a son.) That was probably not the best reason to start a church....
