Poor Hillary was born too late. After being turned down by the Marines, she could have at least benefitted from this development.

They already have Special Olympics, why not Transsexual Olympics? Surely it would play to huge audiences of dozens.

"We will have no discrimination," "The trend is to have an ineligibility period,"
Sounds like some discrimination is still in play. What not eligibility immediately after the addadictomy (or its converse) op?

I wonder if they've really thought this through. There's no particular advantage for a woman to have herself surgically transformed into a pretend man, but men who have themselves surgically transformed into women will have a huge advantage in many sports.
So, what will the women say when a bunch of men put on skirts and clean up all the tennis prizes or swimming prizes? No more women winners. I shouldn't think that would go over big with the feminists.
That's why the decision as to whether an athlete is a man or a woman has normally been genetic. Does the athlete in question have two X chromosomes, or an X and a Y?
And don't think that people who already will do just about anything to win an Olympic gold medal won't start crowding into the operating rooms, if this is really allowed to go forward.

However, doctors say, testosterone levels and muscle mass drop after hormone therapy and sex-change surgery. I certainly dont see any advantage that male to female transexuals would have - after male to females lose their testosterone, their fat and muscles change dratically, and they lose all their upper body strength. The real advantage anyone has in the olympics are regular males or females who take steroids to build muscle mass.
I know a couple of transexuals, and they did not do what they did for the fun of it, if you knew what physical pain they went thru from both electrolysis and the slicing and dicing up of their genitals, you wouldnt make fun of them.
I think there are more than enough truely evil people in this world for us to direct our hate and discrimination towards instead.

I recall the times when we were outraged when the old Soviet Union had men disguised as women in athletic competitions.
This is crazy. Mutilated men in women's sports? Sex cannot be changed.

I actually like this development. "Women" who were once men and had stuff whacked off will be winning athletes. Women activists will start to scream that women can't compete. This should start a good catfight between the women's rights community and the transgender community. I like a good fight among leftist groups.

Don't transsexuals require hormone injections? Are the shemales going to be exempt from drug testing?
