Teen sold as dogmeat in Vietnam
NZ Herald/Reuters ^ | 24.11.2003

Vietnamese drug addicts kidnapped a mute teenager, bundled him in a sack and sold him to a dog-meat eatery as a stray canine, state media said. The Gia Dinh Xa Hoi newspaper said the two addicts grabbed the homeless 13-year-old from a busy market in Halong city.

They sold him to the restaurant for 300,000 dong ($30). The restaurateur fed the boy and released him.

If only drugs were legal, dogs and little boys would be safe. /s

Huh, please put the needle down and try making sense. Hard drugs make zombie freaks out of human beings, that's the moral of the story.

And this is from someone who thinks pot more benign than alcohol.

Why did you point to that link? This article makes a very powerful conservative point, thank you very much.

Try putting up an argument instead.

LOL I think we both agree on your point(s). I'm not a doper, pro-pot guy who is against the WOD. In fact, I think it could be stepped up a bit, especially at the borders of this country.

<< If only drugs were legal, dogs and little boys would be safe >>

Many a true statement is made in jest.

This one, of yours, is no exception.

The principle primary drug crime is prohibition -- all other so-called "drug crime" is in fact prohibition crime.

That's a pretty sick estimation. You think if drugs were legal in VietNam these drug-crazed freaks would not be drug-crazed freaks?

You know, model airplane glue is legal, and cheap. It also creates drug-crazed freaks.

Making hard drugs legal will not erase their pernicious effects upon society.

Teaching humans to respect themselves by not doing or dealing hard drugs is absolutely critical. Harsh laws are a poor but still necessary substitute.

That people commit crimes? Not exactly earth-shaking.

Then it would logically follow that:
If only pedophilia were legal, children would be safe!

Great point. The jack booted WOP thugs are just driving people to molest. By the way, I'm sure your comments will gather a few howls of pain from our pro-drug brothers and sisters.

Calling these perps people is an insult to all people. They are drug-crazed zombies, explained away by druggie libertarians.

hard drug use = boy = dogmeat

That's not coherent enough for you? If y'all ever get a rational train of thought, y'all come on back, y'hear?
