Enviroment: Bush signs ban on drilling offshore Florida and there is still no drilling in ANWR.

I must say that the outrageous spending and increase in the size of Government has me worried. Republicans are now in control - and you'd think that it would be just the opposite. I can only hope that it's political, and will end after November '04. If not, I guess we'll have to vote for the drug friendly libertarians. ???
