Brett Baer of Fox News is reporting that Saddam was captured in a basement in a building in Tikrit. Brett says that the U.S. Gov has in the last 20 minutes that they are doing DNA testing. Tips came from locals. Iraqis are celebrating.

It's true. We have 'em. The 4th Infantry Division found Saddam hiding in a 6 X 8 hole in the ground in Tikrit. He's being held in an undisclosed location. Pics show a bearded, disheveled Saddam. Caught after following "actionable intelligence."
