I see Iraqis celebrating on FoxNews. That one little guy dancing by the concession stand was pretty funny, wasn't he? Every time he comes on doing the dancing baby routine, I crack up.

Don't have cable :( but ABC finally showed some celebrants. LOL Dan Rather is still looking as if he must attend a funeral.
