The 9th Circuit Court is REALLY showing how useless it is.

These rulings are disgusting, they really are. The FRIGGIN Japanese, Germans, North Koreans, North Vietnamese, and VC were NOT given access to American Courts and American lawyers!!
Why the hell is this SINGLE Court RUINING this country SINGLEHANDEDLY???

Obviously the problem is that we don't go to war often enough for the legal system to remember the difference between a foreign force, and an American citizen.
