What specifically is wrong with this law as it is written?

3 months will do NOTHING to stop accidents, etc. Why not just wish them away?

It is ridiculous to think it will do anything..Explain how 3 MONTHS will do ANYTHING but make YOU feel better

Your repetition is getting old. Do you have a real argument against this law or don't you?

What is wrong with it as it is? Not what it won't do. Heck, it won't cure cancer either but that's as good an argument as anything you've come up with.

It would reduce the number of passengers injured or killed if a kid has an accident due to both lack of experience and innatention caused by the presence of many other children while he is gaining experience in the operation of an automobile. Distraction from passengers is a contributing cause of accidents among experienced drivers. It stands to reason that it would be more of a problem among drivers with only a very, very short driving history. (This is often evidenced in the news, if you pay attention to such things).

And, yes, that (the reduction in passenger injuries and deaths) should make you feel good.
