I really couldn't care less about all the "he's being treated differently" stuff.

Let's hear a firm, morally principled declaration -- whether pro-drug legalization (reformed view), or pro-prohibition (unchanged opinion) concerning his own actions.

Rush has always pegged himself as a cut above. Let's see that demonstrated.

Screw the legalities --- the "legalities" machinations & defenses are for the Clintons and lesser folks.
