He speaks in normal tones is is friendly with many Republicans.

Lanny Davis? He may not scream, but he is a clinton koolaid drinking, hillary pandering, partisan hack that would probably turn in his grandma to the feds to protect hillary and bill. And he's no friend of the pubbies.
