Actually, I hope he does. The ACLU doesn't usually stand up for civil rights unless it suits their political agenda.. They have had a lot of eyes on them lately. Be interesting to see how they handle this one.

Why not take the help? I do not think they should be into any one records but will say Rush has not been so calm in his beliefs on people doing drugs.This is a subject he should not get on the soap box about.
