Do you think he would want to buy some ocean front property in Arizona? I understand there is a nice bridge in Brooklyn ....
It is Greed... and greed makes people stupid, like a person that is overcome with lust will do stupid things. That is why the big bucks are killed while in rut.
I almost got caught up into the Ostrich and Emu "investment" but my BANKER warned me not to get involved with it at all. I took his advise.
For the love of money is a root of all sorts of evil, and some by longing for it have wandered away from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.

Why would they want his credit cards? They were maxed out.

"I consider them my friends," he says. "They're not criminals." To quote a great movie line to express my incredulity:
"Holy mother pus buckets!"

Sometimes the Nigerians get scammed.
Check out this web site for a list of reverse scams by a guy in Australia. Click here
Friar Augustus Tuck is an exceptionally good one.

Oh, I agree, mate, but at least this guy got a bit of his own back, better than nothing, eh? I can understand completely why people can fall for this - that's why they call them 'confidence men'.

Using Libertarian notions, supposedly the state shouldn't be doing anything to stop or punish this sort of fraudulent crime, for we are told that to do so would mean people like Mr. Sessions would be somehow insulated from the consequences of their freewill actions and would then never be able to learn a valuable moral lesson.

Never underestimate the power of stupidity. Or, in the words of the immortal Mordecai Jones:
"You can't cheat an honest man."

Check out the 3rd Annual Nigerian email Conference (motto: "Write Better Emails. Make More Moneys!") at http://j-walk.com/other/conf/index.htm
I recieved an invitation to speak at this conference, but for some reason they wanted my bank account information first.

Unless this guy is senile or something, I just can't feel at all sorry for him. How dumb can a human being get?
And what about his poor diabled wife? Is she mentally disabled along with her husband? Sad, but completely avoidable.
